Perfect Blue 是 blogger 陈永仁 在MissZ.NET建立的基于WordPress 程序的 blog 。

陈永仁从2004年开始web log（网志）写作，中途辗转多个BSP（网志服务提供商），现在选择独立主机Blogger。

MissZ的原意是“Z小姐”，因为陈永仁收到“Z小姐您好，你在网上书城订的书已经到了“这样的短信而被朋友笑话，哭笑不得的自己也以此自嘲。

.NET域名是因为.COM已经被美国一家交通公司申请，请勿使用.COM访问本站。

Perfect Blue是日本导演今敏的一部作品。
